With regard to the terms and conditions of reservation, we have tried to make the entire process as simple as possible. We can be extremely flexible in the overall organisation of your wedding. Please check the following:

RESERVATION

  • A wedding reservation should be made in the form of a written by email or fax. An NHI wedding officer will reply via email within 24 hours.
  • We will state that the wedding reservation is confirmed once you return by email or fax the signed wedding quotation mentioning the cost estimation.
  • As soon as NHI receives confirmation from you, the wedding officer will send the deposit invoice stating the amount and date of the deposit as well as the balance due. The invoice will also state the terms of payment and NHI’s bank account should you wish to arrange transfer via your bank. The deposit should be settled on the date stated on the invoice otherwise the tentative wedding reservation will be automatically released.
  • We will begin to arrange the details of your imminent wedding as soon as you settle the 50% of deposit payment as well as fill and return the signed wedding form.
  • You should finalise the wedding reservation at least 30 days prior to wedding date.
  • For a wedding reservation made within less than 30 days prior to wedding date (last minute reservation), an additional surcharge will apply.

RATES/PAYMENT

  • Rates are quoted in USD and inclusive of tax and subject to change without prior notice.
  • For last minute bookings (within 30 days or less prior to wedding date) payment is required within seven (7) working days, upon arrival, or on meeting service, if less than two (2) working days, whichever comes first.
  • As confirmation, a deposit of 50% from the total amount must be submitted to NHI through our Bank Account or by Credit Card (Visa, Master, and Amex with an additional charge of 3%) the latest by seven (7) working days after we send the deposit invoice and payment instructions. If the deposit is not settled until the due date, the wedding reservation will be automatically cancelled.
  • 7 (seven) days prior to the due date of balance payment, NHI wedding officer will send the balance payment invoice to you stating the amount and date the balance due. If the balance is not settled until the due date, the booking will be automatically released and the deposit is not refundable.
  • We charge an extra fee of USD 50.00 for weddings that fall on a Saturday, Sunday and public holidays (based on the Indonesian national calendar).
  • A coordination fee will be required for the wedding venue which needs more meticulous attention and comprehensive assistances from NHI. The total of the coordination fee will depend on the intricacies of the wedding arrangement. The fee ranges from USD 400 - USD 2.000.
  • After confirming and signing the wedding reservation, an administration fee of USD 50.00 will apply for changes in date.

CANCELLATION

  • Every cancellation should be made in the form of a written by email or fax. Whenever a wedding reservation is processed, the specific cancellation policy will be stated in the reservation confirmation and will apply once a cancellation is made by the wedding couple.
  • No cancellations are accepted after signing the contract.
  • 50% of deposit payment and coordination fee are non-refundable.
  • If a wedding is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the wedding date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total quoted price will apply.
  • If a wedding is cancelled less than 21 days prior to the wedding date, a cancellation fee of 70% of the total quoted price will apply.
  • If a wedding is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the wedding day, a no refund policy applies.
  • Deposits for optional wedding services will be refunded in full less USD 300.00 if the reservation is cancelled 45 days or more prior to wedding date.

LIABILITY

NHI acts only as wedding planner concerned only with all wedding arrangements, including wedding optional services. NHI is not responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claim, injury, death, the luggage and personal items loss, cancellation, as well as the other incidents that may happen during the wedding which are caused or incurred, whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services as described or substituted, or by reason of terrorist or military action, riots, revolution, insurgency, civil war, adverse government action or inaction or acts of God, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties supplying any of the services herein or as substituted.
